Day 1 — Arrive & prep
Fly into San Diego International (SAN). We arrange your border crossing and a driver to the clinic in Zona Río — about 20 minutes. You meet your surgeon, finalize your plan, and complete pre-op blood work on site.
Day 2 — Your procedure
Your Sapphire FUE / DHI procedure — typically 6–8 hours with breaks. You're awake and comfortable under local anesthetic. Afterward you rest and we get you back to your hotel.
Day 3 — Post-op & home
A next-day check confirms everything looks great, we review your aftercare, and you fly home. Follow-ups from then on happen by video — your surgeon stays with you.
Crossing the border
The border is the part people worry about most — so we make it the easiest part. Pick whatever suits you; we'll guide you through it.
What to bring

- Your appointment confirmation (printed or on your phone)
- Hotel confirmation
- Any regular medications in their original containers

- Glasses/contacts + solution; a loose button-up shirt for procedure day
Where you'll stay
We help you book a comfortable hotel minutes from the clinic, so recovery is easy and your post-op check is a short trip. You rest, we check in on you, and once you're home your follow-ups continue by video.
